INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Please DO NOT send items back to ProteinCrate unless asked to.
If there are any issues with your order please contact customer support at info [@] proteincrate.com.
In the below cases ProteinCrate will offer a refund or resend items:
- Incorrect order received
- Items damaged in transit
The more information you supply the quicker the process of getting the problem rectified. A member of the ProteinCrate team will contact you once an issue has been raised.
If you do not have proof of delivery we will be unable to issue a refund if it goes missing in the post. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Delivery Address: Please ensure you give your correct delivery address. Any incorrect and incomplete address risks being returned to us. In these cases you will be liable for a delivery charge before re-dispatch.
ProteinCrate cannot be held responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.
If your box does not fit through your letter box and you are out when it is delivered, you should receive a card at the address with information about collection or re-delivery.
